By accessing or using NugetHosting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use NugetHosting. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each plan includes specific resource limits (storage, packages, downloads, bandwidth). Usage is subject to our Fair Use Policy. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit abusive patterns, excessive automated requests, or usage that degrades service quality for other users. API rate limits apply to all programmatic access.
For paid plans, the following terms apply:
The Free plan is provided at no cost with limited resources. We reserve the right to modify Free plan limits, suspend inactive free accounts (no activity for 12 months), or discontinue the Free plan with 60 days notice. Free plan accounts have no uptime or support guarantees.
You retain full ownership of all packages, container images, and content you upload to NugetHosting. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, transmit, cache, and serve your content solely as necessary to provide the service.
NugetHosting, its logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of NugetHosting. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to scan uploaded content for malware, license violations, or policy breaches. We may remove content or disable access to content that violates these terms, without prior notice in urgent cases, or with reasonable notice otherwise. You will be notified of any content removal with an opportunity to appeal.
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content hosted on NugetHosting infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated agent at legal@nugethosting.com.
Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the account holder, who may submit a counter-notification.
We may suspend your account immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms, poses a security risk, or is required by law.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will have a 30-day grace period to download your packages and data. After this period, we may permanently delete your content.
Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.
You may export your packages and container images at any time through the standard NuGet and Docker APIs. Upon account termination or downgrade, you will have 30 days to export your data. We provide no additional migration tools beyond standard protocol support.
NugetHosting integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payment processing) and SendGrid (email delivery). Your use of these services through NugetHosting is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party payment and communication providers.
The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the service.
We strive to maintain high availability and our infrastructure is designed for 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via email and the status page. In the event of unplanned downtime, we will work diligently to restore the service as quickly as possible and will communicate status updates through our status page.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NugetHosting and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to NugetHosting in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NugetHosting and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service, (b) your violation of these terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) content you upload to the service.
NugetHosting shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, or failures of third-party service providers.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Fair Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NugetHosting regarding the service, and supersede all prior agreements.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the service. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the service.
