Invoices & Billing

Manage your invoices, payment methods, and billing history.

Accessing Invoices

To view and download your invoices:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Scroll to the "Invoice History" section
  3. Click on any invoice to view details
  4. Click "Download PDF" for a printable copy

💡 Tip: Invoices are also emailed to your account email after each payment.

Invoice Details

Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Billing period covered
  • Plan name and price
  • Any prorated charges or credits
  • Tax information (if applicable)
  • Payment method used

Updating Billing Information

To update your company name or billing address:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Edit Billing Details"
  3. Update your information
  4. Changes apply to future invoices

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Cards

Visa, Mastercard, American Express

Bank Transfer

Available for Enterprise plans

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Manage Payment Methods"
  3. Add a new card or update existing
  4. Set your default payment method

Billing Cycle

Understanding your billing cycle:

  • Monthly plans: Billed on the same day each month
  • Annual plans: Billed yearly (2 months free)
  • Upgrades: Prorated charges apply immediately
  • Downgrades: Take effect at next billing cycle

⚠️ Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we'll retry 3 times over 7 days. After that, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan.
